Marazion Meeting House (Quakers) Grade II*
The work involved fitting in a wheelchair accessible toilet into the kitchen area, a dark 1960's concrete block extension. We reorganised the area, putting the toilet at the back and opening up fabulous views to St. Michaels Mount. The kitchen area is now a nice area to be in. Restoration work to the stone walls involved repointing the external walls with hydraulic lime, replastering the internal walls with hydraulic lime and a lime putty skim coat with some stone rebuilding.
