A contemporary room in a historic house with a purposefully designed and built oak sliding door and side light arrangement. The oak flooring inside is broken up with an L-shaped band of granite slabs to echo the outside granite patio. Designed furniture included a built-in set of drawers under the stairs with Art Deco rounded corner (made by the Workshop of Matt Robinson) in the oak flooring and purpose made furniture in ash and Walnut (made by Scott Wyoka).
